Once a campaign is filled, you’ll continue to earn commissions on renewals — even though the hard work is already done.
However, if an advertiser drops out, you’ll be responsible for replacing them to keep the card full — but that’s far easier once the initial groundwork is done.
This is a commission-only position designed for sales pros who want to build a sustainable income stream with high-value B2B clients.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Cold call and prospect small to mid-sized businesses (local businesses, service providers, etc.)
✅ Explain the value of shared postcard campaigns and how they drive customer traffic
✅ Close deals and onboard new businesses onto the campaign
✅ Maintain relationships with clients to maximize renewals and upselling opportunities
✅ If an advertiser drops out, replace them to keep the campaign full and maintain renewal commissions
✅ Track leads and manage follow-ups in a CRM (Salesforce)
✅ Handle objections and position the service as an easy ROI solution for local businesses
🎯 Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
✅ Experience with NEPQ sales techniques or similar consultative sales styles is a big plus
✅ Confidence in cold calling and prospecting
✅ Strong closing skills — this is a closer’s role, not an appointment-setting gig
✅ Ability to explain ROI and business benefits clearly
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
