Frequently Asked Questions

Think of it as having a marketing director on your team without the full-time salary. I work alongside you to figure out what’s actually holding your business back, then help you build the strategy and systems to fix it. The difference is I’m not handing you a plan and walking awayn – we build it together, around what actually works for your business right now.

Mostly Main Street businesses: trades, retail, restaurants and soloprenuers who are good at what they do, but don’t have the time to figure out marketing. If your marketing feels like a second job, we’re probably a good fit.

Depends on the service. Some are month-to-month, others run 3-12 months for work that needs time to build. Contract details are on the individual service pages, or just ask when we talk.

Yes. Main Street startups specifically. If you’re launching a local business and need the basics done right from day one (Google Business Profile, website, social presence), I have a package built for exactly that.

Some things move fast, some don’t. A Google Business Profile cleanup can make a difference in days. Building a marketing engine that runs without you takes longer, usually 3-6 months to hit its stride. I’ll set realistic expectations before we start so you’re not left guessing.

Yes. Most clients don’t fit a cookie-cutter package anyway. If you’ve looked at the options and nothing quite fit, let’s talk. I’ll put together something that works for where you are actually at right now.

No. I handle the tech and explain what I’m doing in plain English. I also document everything as we go, so you’ll have SOPs to hand off or refer back to. No retraining from scratch everytime something changes.

Yes. If your needs change, and they often do, we revisit and adjust. You won’t get locked into something that stopped making sense.

Email, video calls and project manager tools depending on what works for you. We’ll nail down a system before we start so nothing falls through the cracks.

Sometimes. Things like ad spend, software subscriptions, or website hosting are separate and always disclosed upfront. No surprise invoices.

Start with the free quiz. It takes about as long as your morning coffee and tells you exactly where your business is leaking revenue. From there, you’ll know what to tackle first, and so will I.
